Fantastic service. The lady I met there was Ms. Jackie, a very kind older lady who was very sweet yet super knowledgeable. She handled my request with ease. I realized I had actually forgotten my wallet on the way down to her shop, but she had the sensor that recognizes Google Pay, so I didn't have to make a second trip. Anyway, I got exactly what I came for, only paid $37.45 for the key fob I needed programmed, and it was only a 5-15 min process. I highly recommend J & S for all your locksmithing needs, but I also caution you about 4 Got Keys??? of Fayetteville, NC. Those guys are a rip. They wanted $150.00 for the very same thing I got from J & S. Do Not give your business to 4 Got Keys. Not worth it and way too expensive.

Had a couple blank keys for my '87 325e that I couldn't get cut at all other hardware stores and locksmiths I called... and the dealership wanted to charge $80 per, so I bought some for $8 online. I sped on over when they told me they could do it, and though their machine couldn't handle the job, they cut my keys manually and said it was on the house since I brought my own blanks. I think I have a new go-to when I have key problems.

I needed a duplicate car key made for my 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass, Called around and surprisingly all the Locksmith locations I called referred me to J&S Locksmith. When I called he was available, when I arrived we spoke for a few minutes and he made me my requested amount. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to key making, I called him the “Key Maker” from the movie “Matrix Reloaded”. After our conversation he told me that the keys were on the house. Best place to go to get your keys made and learn a few things while you wait!!

The directions are accurate an easy to find. I called ahead to price a copy of a key for my 2010 Ford edge an the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. The price was surprisingly cheap which is great nowadays with everything being overpriced. We got our key copied, cut, and programmed with chip an keypad for around $75. That's awesome considering the dealerships cost hundreds lol.

This is a hidden gem in Fayetteville. I found out about them a few years ago when I needed my car keys replaced and programmed. I purchased my keys off EBay and took them her to be cut. The cut and programmed for under $100. I almost always receive excellent customer service while going here.

Top-notch service they are very detail about getting your car keys made and any other key that you may need she took the time to program the key make sure it works and let me know some other things about the key to my car.

Fair prices and work ethic. Have used a few times over the years for store keys. One time we brought a weird key and they weren't sure if they could make a copy so they tried and didn't charge anything in case it didn't work.

I broke off a key to my bike lock inside the lock and couldn't get it out. Other places in the area said they couldn't help with that, but here they had it out 5-10 minutes after I pulled up. Didn't even take a payment. Very pleased with their service.

Miss Jackie was working alone, but moving steadily. She got to me quickly and gave me her undivided attention. Her quick research on "how to" led her to resolving my key cutting and programming needs. This has been my 1st and only experience with this business, but their prices seem pretty fair.

What happens on the late afternoon on Friday last week was unbelievable. We were looking to get a car key duplicated and went to J&S Locksmith when they were closed. I rang the bell on the door, a gentleman came and made a duplicated key within a few minutes. I tried to pay, he said no charges. I was astonished with his response and asked him why. He said the original key was quite worn out and the one he made might not work. If it does, not bring the key and the car back. In disbelieve we left the shop, went home and tried the key. It worked. It happened only twice in my life that someone showed such kindness, the first time by a car mechanic. Such people leave a great impression on you. I will definitely, definitely go back if needed and highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

The people at J&S are excellent at what they do. I went in to have my key fob programmed for my Ford pickup it took her less than fifteen minutes to do it. Their price was a third of what other locksmiths wanted, I definitely recommend them to anyone.

The lady who attended to me was very patient, professional, and polite. The price was very reasonable; and she allowed me in although it was close to closing time. She also spent close to an hour trying to assist me. I have NO COMPLAINTS OR ANYTHING NEGATIVE to say about this business. I will highly recommend them and definitely plan to return.
